New and Used items are subject to a 10 percent re-stocking fee. All items must be returned with all original boxes and packaging, in original condition. Additionally, the warranty and/or other benefits must not be registered. Outgoing shipping costs are not refunded, unless the product is defective or Tamarkin made an error. We want you to be happy, not 10% lighter.Â
Pursuant to California State law, Tamarkin Camera will charge a "California Battery-Embedded Waste Recycling Fee" of $15 per applicable item for all deliveries to the State of California.Â
