Cuba Spring 2018
Eastern Cuba & Havana with Tamarkin Camera

This March is your chance to explore eastern Cuba and Havana with a focus on photography in an experienced group of Cuba travelers. Small group, big adventures. We’ll visit people and places that typically aren’t part of Cuba tours.

Join Dan Tamarkin along with Keith and Amy of Complete Cuba for a truly unique travel experience – an in-depth adventure in eastern Cuba and Havana. So, if photography is interesting to you, the eastern island cities offer truly unique photographic experiences and fewer "touristy" distractions. And Havana! Well…

Complete Cuba trips are fully-licensed people-to-people programs sanctioned by the U.S. Department of Treasury.

Included are airfare from Miami to and from Cuba; airport transfers; eight nights of hotel/casa accommodations; the services of an English-speaking Cuban guide; two American guides; private, air-conditioned transportation to included activities within Cuba; special photography opportunities; nearly all meals (including tips); your visa; necessary documentation; health insurance while in Cuba; and much more. Plan on arriving in Miami on Friday, March 16 for our early morning flight to Cuba. We provide our recommended hotel to registered travelers. We fly back from Cuba as late as possible on the 25th to maximize our time.

Solo travelers are always welcome in our group trips. Approximately half of our guests are solo travelers. (For the few meals not included, we arrange group reservations so solo travelers only dine alone if they want!) 100% of our past travelers -- both solo and not -- say they would recommend travel with Complete Cuba. (Check out our testimonial page.)

In addition to the boutique travel experience offered by Complete Cuba, this trip will offer specific amenities not available elsewhere.

Dan Tamarkin of Tamarkin Camera will provide Leica gear available for loan during the trip, guidance on using the gear as well as photography in Cuba, guide specific photo opportunities and people-to-people interactions, and offer one-on-one portfolio review during the trip (if you’re interested).

Also, when you join us on this March 2018 journey, you can choose to be a part of a gallery exhibition presented in April/May 2018 by Tamarkin Camera and The Rangefinder Gallery entitled Complete Cuba: Travelers’ Stories from the Caribbean’s Most Enigmatic Island.

(Don't worry – participating in the exhibit is a choice and Dan will provide personalized direction on how to prepare for the exhibit.)
