Payment

	Within the US, you may pay with MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, official bank check, or money order. We gladly accept personal checks, but 14 days is required so they can clear.  International orders are payable through wire transfer or our PayPal account.   CT residents please add sales tax.

We ship most credit card orders within 48 hours and will notify you promptly of any backorders.

The Tamarkin Camera Return Privilege

The Tamarkin Camera return privilege is straightforward: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 3 weeks of sale, in the same condition you received it in, for a prompt and friendly refund or exchange, whichever you prefer.

The Tamarkin Camera "Small Print"

Because new cameras and lenses that are returned, even though complete with original packing and blank warranty cards, must be sold as "demos", there is a minimum 10% re-stocking fee on those items.  The fee will be greater if not returned in absolutely "as new" condition.

International Orders

--For international sales, we accept payment only (a) via our PayPal account, leiciana@yahoo.com, or (b) by wire transfer in advance to our US bank, (account and routing details upon request).

--We customarily ship by air post but we can also ship by other carriers on request.  All orders will be insured to the limit of their value as allowed by the carrier, but, in the event of loss or damage, Tamarkin Camera is not liable for excess value above that limit. All shipping costs, duties, or any other fees are the customer's responsibility.

Tamarkin Camera is an official franchised dealer for all the products listed as new, and all products, unless an exception is noted, carry the full warranties of the official American importer. Leica offers a three-year "No-Fault" Passport warranty on most cameras and lenses.  For three years, on any new Leica MP or M7, and on all Leica full-size Ultra binoculars, you are fully protected against any defect or damage, including breakage, water damage, fire or any accidental damage. Just send in the pieces, and you will be fully protected by this unparalleled "no-fault" protection. Warranties on digital and auto-focus cameras are generally more limited--ask for details.

• Near Mint - Only one or two insignificant signs of use
• Ex++ - Excellent, only very slight marks from use
• Ex+ - Better than average, used but not abused
• Ex - Average condition, signs of normal use
• Very Good - Well-used but working fine
  
  Where two descriptions are given, the accent should be given to the first one. Some liberty is taken in describing older cameras and lenses, particularly those that are black painted.
